AIESEC is the leading global organisation developing youth leadership. We develop the skills of young people by facilitating an international traineeship exchange program to 80+ countries. Last year we exchanged 3000 young people world wide to placements with government departments, NGOs, companies, university departments and schools, with the aim of creating socially responsible, culturally sensitive leaders. Placements are from 2-18 months.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2002 intake. In particular, we are focusing on persons wanting to do development work in the Asia Pacific region. Positions are available for people aged up to 28, and who have recently graduated / will graduate soon.
