The Asian Arts Society of Australia (TAASA) are hosting a Symposium on “Art and Symbolism- Five Cultures: Travels through Asia and Asia Minor”.
Speakers will include:
- Indonesian Textiles beyond Lombok – Liz Oley
- Tibetan sculpture and Tankas – David Templeman
- Palestinian costume of the twentieth century – Jeni Allenby
- Vietnamese Ceramics – Kerry Nguyen-Long
- Twentieth century Asian Art – Alison Carroll
